bottle was produced to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of
International Coastal Cleanup.
This very
hard to find Coke bottle was released to celebrate the 20th
anniversary of the International Coastal Cleanup by the Ocean
Conservancy on September 17, 2005.
The Ocean
Conservancy's International Coastal Cleanup is the largest and most
successful volunteer event of its kind. Each year, thousands of
volunteers from around the globe participate, clearing tons of trash
from coastlines, rivers and lakes and recording every piece of trash
collected.
On
Saturday, September 17, 2005 thousands of volunteers around the
globe joined together, clearing tons of trash from coastlines,
rivers and lakes in celebration of the 20th anniversary of this
event.
